Musician
Joe Orsak is a multi-instrumentalist; singing, playing guitar & piano and a host of other instruments. He began playing guitar at the age of 6, picked up saxophone in middle school, piano in high school (which became his primary instrument), and a host of other instruments along the way.
He played professionally throughout the late 80s and early 90s and was aired on local Houston radio stations such as 101 KLOL.
He now leads music at First Baptist Church New Caney
Joe is the creator of the Prodigal Son Project and is the writer behind the viral sensation: Your Heart for Me
Producer and TV Host
Joe Orsak created and produced the TV show that began on Facebook as a Live Streaming Show titled, "The Art of Dispute" and co-hosted with his friend Chris Minamyer. The show aired for 3 years and ran for over 200 episodes. No subject was off limits. Civil debate over a great glass of wine. What could go wrong? LOL! The show reached an average weekly viewership of 40-80,000+ views per episode.
EXPY Awarded Radio Host
Joe Orsak worked for many years in radio but saw the most success with a show he co-created and hosted for 3 years, "The Real Estate Rat Pack" which he received an EXPY award for in 2014 for excellence in media entertainment.
During his 6 years of radio shows, Joe did hundreds of radio ads and promotional spots and became known at the station for his ability to nail a commercial to the second on his first take.
Martial Artist
Joe Orsak began training in mixed martial arts as a young child from the age of 8 until he was 14 receiving his first black belt at this young age. When his son expressed interest in learning some of the same skills, they enrolled together in a traditional Korean martial arts style called Tang Soo Do. After 4+ years and hundreds of hours of work, both Joe and Ethan Orsak received their black belts together in 2017. Not to be outdone, his wife Kim received her blackbelt in 2021.
National Best-Selling Author
In 2012 Joe Orsak was asked to participate in a collaborative effort producing the book, "Out Front - Business Strategies from Frontline Entrepreneurs." The booked went on to sell over 1500 books the day it was released and became an Amazon best-seller. He received the Quilly award from the National Academy of Best-Selling authors later that year. Serial Entrepreneur / Business Owner
Joe Orsak is a seasoned entrepreneur and accomplished business leader with a remarkable history of success across various industries. His entrepreneurial journey commenced at a young age of 10 when he founded a yard mowing business, and through dedication and perseverance, he grew it into a flourishing venture. At the age of 13, Joe took a step further by launching "Joe's Snow - Snow cones," showcasing his early aptitude for business management and leadership as he hired his first employee.
Over the years, Joe's entrepreneurial drive led him to establish and manage several businesses, including an IT Services venture that thrived for 12 years and a credit services business that achieved impressive results over a decade. Throughout his career, Joe's multifaceted expertise and commitment to excellence have earned him recognition and admiration from colleagues and competitors alike.
Adding to his diverse skill set, Joe has maintained an active license as a life and health agent in Texas, investing significant effort in building his life insurance agency, which has been a testament to his ability to excel in the insurance industry.
In 2018, Joe's life took an unexpected turn when he inherited the family security business following his mother's passing. Faced with the responsibility of safeguarding the employees' livelihoods, Joe made a pivotal decision to prioritize the security business above all else. Demonstrating unwavering dedication and focus, he embarked on a mission to grow the business, ensuring that the team had a stable and secure workplace.
Under Joe's guidance and strategic vision, 24 & 7 Security & Investigations has experienced remarkable growth, culminating in exceeding $1.3 million in annual revenue for the year 2022. Joe's exceptional leadership and strong industry knowledge have been instrumental in steering the company towards this impressive milestone.
Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Joe is deeply passionate about weapons training and martial arts, a natural alignment that complements his role in the Security Industry. As the President of 24 & 7 Security & Investigations, he continues to lead the company with integrity and a commitment to providing exceptional security services to clients.

Husband and Father
Joe Orsak has been married since March of 1998 to his wife and best friend Kimberly Rose Rasco-Orsak. They've been together since 1993 and continue to share the best moments of their life together to this day.
Joe and Kim have 2 amazing children (Ashe and Ethan) who are little genius kids. No really, ask Joe and he'll tell you all about them.
